What are the system requirements for music v5?
The software may only be installed and used on personal computer equipment, including a server or individual computer, which meets or exceeds the following minimum system requirements:
- 1 gigahertz (GHz) processor or faster
- Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 7 Operating systems
- A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768
- At least 5 gigabytes (GB) of free hard drive space (preferably 10GB
- 1 GB of RAM (32-bit) or greater
- Access to the internet
You can only have one version of music running at a time. The soft lock key version can only be run locally and cannot be installed on a server or accessed remotely.
Local administrator rights may be required for installation and use of the software.
What are the system requirements for music v4?
music v4 requires an Intel based PC, with CD-ROM and operates on:

Windows XP;

Windows Vista; or
-
Windows 7.
music v4 requires at least 800 x 600 pixels (preferably 1024 X 768) screen resolution at 8-bit (256) colours (preferably 16-bit).
music v4 requires:

5 gigabytes (Gb) of free hard drive space (preferably 10Gb) for a single PC version and 20Gb of free space on “C” drive for database server (multi user network hard lock version);

At least Pentium III, 1 GHz processor or similar; and
-
A minimum of 1 Gb of RAM.
For the network version of music v4, the Local Area Network (LAN) must be configured with TCP/IP protocol.
NOTE: music software users must have appropriate administrator rights on their computer to allow music to write temporary files used in modelling.
Who is eWater Innovation?
eWater Innovation is the support and distribution arm of eWater Limited. eWater Innovation is a wholly owned subsidiary of eWater Limited which has the responsibility to govern and manage eWater CRC.
Why does my Statement and Invoice say “eWater Innovation”?
As the support and distribution arm of eWater Limited, eWater Innovation collects all revenue for these goods and services.

Do I need to create a PayPal account?
No, you can make payments using your credit card without having to create a PayPal account. If you want to pay using funds from your bank account, you need to create a PayPal account. If you are experiencing difficulties or have any queries please contact music@ewater.com.au.
How safe is PayPal?
PayPal uses the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems.
Can I use my Credit Card with PayPal?
You can use your credit card without being a PayPal member. If you want to take advantage of other PayPal services, such as paying from your bank account, you will need to be a PayPal member.
Will I be charged any hidden fees?
No, the amount that is charged to your credit card or PayPal account is the amount indicated when you begin the transaction.

How do I get a music registration code?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your licence key will be displayed via your newly created licensing page.
How do I get a confirmation invoice?
You can generate a new order and invoice at anytime, as well as reprint past invoices.
