Standard support, which is free, is provided to you once you sign up and download Source Catchments. Premium support is charged and provides direct access to the eWater telephone support desk. Support offering details are provided below.
Standard support
Provides:
- Community site and email group forums (note, there are no guarantees on turnaround times to your queries)
- Online frequently asked questions
- Online Bug reporting at http://www.toolkit.net.au/tools/source-catchments/bugs/submitbug
- Telephone support through the 1300-5-WATER line ONLY to get you activated/ started and bug reporting (Standard Australian Business hours)
- Upgrades when eWater makes them available. You will be notified of these either by email or by online notification through the eWater Online License Management System (OLMS) where they can be downloaded
Premium support
Provides:
- As above for Standard Support
- Direct access to telephone support for 12 months on 1300-5-WATER line to ensure your immediate queries and needs on how Source Catchments works are dealt with (Standard Australian Business hours). This gives you access to Source Catchments experts via the support desk
