Afforestation report released

The report 'Afforestation in a catchment context: Understanding the impacts on water yield and salinity' is now available as a downloadable pdf file or as hard copy.

The report, written by L. Zhang, R. Vertessy, G. Walker, M. Gilfedder and P. Hairsine (all of CSIRO Land and Water), provides the scientific background to help land- and water-resources managers, and the plantation industry, better understand the effects of afforestion on catchment runoff and river salinity.
