May issue of eWater Research Highlights
Friday 30 May 2008
In May's eWater Research Highlights, available here, read about rainwater tank simulation modelling, and a model for standard interfaces for water-resources observations and data.
Rainwater tank simulation modelling by one eWater research team shows that planners are likely to overestimate tank yield and supply/demand ratio if they model only an average tank, instead of the diversity of possible tank-characteristics.
Also highlighted this month: a model that encourages the use of standard interfaces for water-resources observations and data, so they can be compatible across a wide range of management and research agencies.
