MDBA advises Basin states to adopt Source

The MDBA's Advice to States on Basin Plan implementation includes "moving from numerous state-based hydrological models to the integrated eWater Source platform".
The Murray Darling Basin Authority has written to Basin State Ministers outlining its approach to implementing the Basin Plan.
The MDBA's 'Advice to States' document covers priorities for 2013 which include establishing "important machinery around the Basin Plan". One of the key points in this section includes the adoption of the eWater Source modelling platform.
"The Authority will also have an ongoing program to further develop some of the underpinning science and information for the Basin Plan including moving from numerous state-based hydrological models to the integrated eWater Source platform."
