Framework for assessing river and wetland health

Four reports, just released, about assessing Australian river and wetland health are downloadable here. They are part of Australian Water Resources 2005 (AWR 2005) stage 2.
An eWater team took responsibility for the Assessment of River and Wetland Health, for the National Water Commission intiative AWR 2005. The four reports describe the framework, potential comparative indices, testing of the framework, and its application in Victoria and Tasmania. For the full set of reports on Australian Water Resources 2005, please look on the National Water Commission website www.water.gov.au, under Publications.
