Source Catchments training launched
Friday 5 November 2010
eWater is pleased to announce the first round of face-to-face training for our landmark product Source Catchments, to be held in Brisbane in November.
The first of our new eWater Source Integrated Modelling System suite, Source Catchments is the water quantity and quality ‘backbone’ of Source. It allows users to model catchment water quantity and quality changes under any land use and climate scenario, and to predict changes in pollutant inputs to coastal waters.
The training is aimed at professionals (engineering and environmental) in local government, consultancies and waterway and catchment management agencies. The courses cover the concepts behind Source Catchments, along with its capabilities and applications. With this training, product users will be better equipped to construct catchment models and run simulations for a range of real catchment management scenarios.
