eWater has introduced a broader range of training and support options designed to better support the full spectrum of music v4 users.Training
eWater has enhanced the training options available with the introduction of both online and face to face training. New options include module-style courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced users as well as for development assessors.
Online
The most flexible option, these self-paced modules are designed to allow you to complete online modules in music v4 at your own speed without the need to travel or take time off work.
Face to Face
Face to face training will be available in the major Australian capital cities several times per year with additional session held in regional areas throughout the year.
The training is structured so that each module is completed in a single day to make the courses more time and cost effective. You choose which modules you wish to attend to ensure you only need attend the sessions that are of value to you.
Support packages
eWater offers two support packages. Standard Support is included in the licence price and is provided with every purchase of music v4. Premium Support and Maintenance is available for a separate annual fee and is the best choice for organisations where music v4 is a mission critical application.

Our new paid support package provides a number of benefits including:

- An additional 1600 Australia Government Bureau of Meteorology pluviograph rainfall data sets
- Access to MUSIC specialists for assistance on how to apply MUSIC to water sensitive urban design issues

FAQ
What are the system requirements for music v4?
music v4 requires an Intel based PC, with CD-ROM and operates on:
- Windows XP;
- Windows Vista; or
- Windows 7.
music v4 requires at least 800 x 600 pixels (preferably 1024 X 768) screen resolution at 8-bit (256) colours (preferably 16-bit).
music v4 requires:
- 5 gigabytes (Gb) of free hard drive space (preferably 10Gb) for a single PC version and 20Gb of free space on “C” drive for database server (multi user network hard lock version);
- At least Pentium III, 1 GHz processor or similar; and
- A minimum of 1 Gb of RAM.
For the network version of music v4, the Local Area Network (LAN) must be configured with TCP/IP protocol.
NOTE: music software users must have appropriate administrator rights on their computer to allow music to write temporary files used in modelling.
