Dr Dugald Black is Application Projects Leader in eWater’s River Systems project which aims to develop a generic river-system modelling package that can be used for river planning, river operations, and the management of ecological assets and the risks posed by drought and climate change. His background has been with the NSW Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.
